Mr. Kessler combines over 30 years of experience as an investor, financier and venture capitalist. Mr. Kessler founded Bristol Capital Advisors, LLC, a Los Angeles based investment advisor. He has broad experience in operating, financing, governance, strategy, and structuring investment transactions.

During his career Mr. Maatta has served as COO and EVP of The CW Television Network, COO & General Counsel of the WB Network. Mr. Maatta received a Bachelor Degree from the University of San Francisco and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
